Founded by Patrice Mazza, BCBA, LBA-NJ, Behavior Builders provides supervision and mentorship grounded in real-world experience. Patrice has worked across schools, clinics, in-home services, and adult group homes, giving her a deep understanding of the diverse needs of clients and clinicians.

With a strong foundation in trauma-informed practices and experience supporting individuals with dual diagnoses, her goal is to provide supervision that is both compassionate and practical—helping future BCBAs feel confident and prepared.
